Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Nekrashenko, registered in Georgia (identification code 300484820, registration no. B26431854), Ts. Dadiani str. 34, bl. 7, building 10, Nadzaladevi district, Tbilisi 0102, Georgia ("Laplace", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with Laplace GTM at laplace-gtm.com (the "Service").

It covers two groups of people:

  1. Customers and visitors — people who visit our website, try the free research, buy credits or use the Service.
  2. Prospects — business professionals whose work contact information the Service finds so that our customers can contact them about their products. If you received an email sent through Laplace GTM, you are in this group. Jump to your rights and choices.

2. Information about prospects

What we collect: name, job title, company name and website, work email address and its verification status, public professional profile link (for example, LinkedIn) and profile photo, and company information such as industry, size and location. We do not collect sensitive information such as health, financial or government ID data, and we do not collect personal (non-work) email addresses on purpose.

Where it comes from:

  • public company websites, such as team, about and leadership pages;
  • public web search results, including publicly available professional profiles;
  • email finding and verification providers, which check whether a work address exists and is deliverable;
  • inference: we may guess a work address from a company's common email format and then verify it;
  • your replies, if you answer an email sent through the Service.

Why we use it: to identify people who are likely to be relevant for our customers' business offers, to send them business emails on our customers' behalf, to handle replies, and to keep a suppression list so that people who opt out are not contacted again. We keep a shared index of business contact information so that we do not have to search for the same people again.

Who sees it: the customer whose campaign matched you sees your name, title, company, work email and profile link, the emails sent to you and your replies. Customers may use this information only for business outreach through the Service (see our Terms of Service).

3. How we process emails and replies

Emails are sent on behalf of our customers from mailboxes and domains we operate. Replies come back to those mailboxes; we read them to show them to the customer, to sort them (for example, "interested", "not now", "out of office", "unsubscribe") and to suggest a response. AI models assist with this sorting and drafting.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • our customers, as described in section 2;
  • service providers that process data for us under contract:

  • authorities or others when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business (we will tell you if that happens).

Under some U.S. state laws, making prospect information available to customers as part of a paid service may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time as described in section 7.

6. Where data is stored

Our team works from Georgia, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. When data moves between countries, we rely on the provider's safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where they apply.

7. Your choices and rights

If you received an email sent through Laplace GTM, you can at any time:

  • unsubscribe with the link in the email, or reply "unsubscribe" — you will not be emailed again on behalf of that customer, and we may stop contacting you for other customers too;
  • ask us to delete your information and stop processing it for the Service: email [email protected] from the address we contacted, or name the address in your message. We keep only a minimal suppression record (your email address or a coded version of it) so that we never contact you again;
  • ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct it.

Customers can access, correct and delete their account information in the Service or by emailing us.

California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and other U.S. state residents may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; access and get a copy of it; correct it; delete it; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. You will not be treated differently for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask you or the agent to verify the request. We answer within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; if the appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general.

People in the EU, UK and other countries with similar laws also have the right to object to processing and to complain to their data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request".

8. How long we keep data

  • Customer accounts: while the account is active, and up to 12 months after it is closed, except records we must keep longer for tax or legal reasons.
  • Prospect information: while it is current and useful for the Service. We remove or refresh records that turn out to be outdated, and delete them on request.
  • Suppression records: kept indefinitely, so that people who opted out are never contacted again.
  • Logs: usually up to 90 days.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for mailbox credentials, access controls and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
